• Direct OEM Replacement Fit: All mounting bolt patterns, pilot diameters, and hydraulic port locations match original Komatsu specifications, enabling a straightforward swap with minimal machine downtime.
• Robust Sealing System: Dual-cone floating seals protect internal components from moisture, mud, and debris contamination, ensuring reliable operation in wet and dirty working environments.

• Hydraulic System Care: Regularly inspect case drain lines for restrictions, kinks, or blockages. A restricted drain line can generate excessive back pressure, leading to motor rotary group failure. Always use clean hydraulic fluid and replace return filters according to the machine's service schedule.
• Gear Oil Management: Fill the planetary gear housing with the specified viscosity gear oil. Change the oil every 250-500 operating hours under normal conditions, and every 250 hours in severe applications such as demolition or quarry work. Examine drained oil for metallic particles as an early indicator of internal component wear.
• Mounting Bolt Protocol: When reinstalling the final drive, always fit new high-strength bolts. Apply a suitable thread locking compound to the bolt threads prior to torquing to factory specifications, preventing loosening caused by vibration and shock loads during travel and digging operations.
• Pre-Start Priming Procedure: Before initial startup or after motor replacement, fill the motor case with clean hydraulic oil to purge trapped air. Run the machine at low idle for several minutes, cycling the tracks forward and reverse, to ensure complete lubrication of all planetary components before engaging heavy loads.
