• Gear Oil Management: Change the planetary gearbox oil every 500–1,000 operating hours. For 70-ton machines, check for "silver paint" (metallic flakes) in the oil regularly—this is an early warning sign of bearing spalling.

• Sprocket Bolt Maintenance: Due to the extreme torque of the CX750B, sprocket bolts are under massive tension. Never reuse old bolts. Always use new Grade 12.9 bolts and follow the multi-stage torque specifications.

• System Flushing: If the previous motor failed due to internal fragmentation, a full hydraulic system flush is mandatory. Residual shards will destroy a new MSF-340VP motor within minutes.
