• Gear Oil Management: Change the planetary gear oil every 500–1,000 operating hours. If the oil appears "milky," it means water has breached the seals; if it looks "metallic," your gears are spalling. Catch it early to save the gearbox.

• Sprocket Bolt Maintenance: Due to the massive torque of the SY335, sprocket bolts can stretch. Always use new Grade 10.9 or 12.9 bolts and a high-strength thread locker to prevent flange damage.
